This company assigns you a region in which you will be given BPO, CFK, & REO listings with in 1-3 months after signing up. They have a one time sign-up fee of $149.00. That's their total cost. Is anyone currently working with them or know anything about them? I never heard of them until a week ago. I did sign up on their site and was asked to supply my resume. They reviewed it and conveniently have my office region available. Thanks in advance for your response.

I recently joined govhudagents through their contact Zach at 1-888-495-0039 X101. My payment for 2 local areas were processed through PayPal to Caltel REO. Zach said I would be very busy with those 2 areas. Then after I paid, I received the same email you did:

Damn Eric, that is some funny stuff! I did a google on your buddy Lee with "Lee Brooks Real Estate" and nothing showed up. If all else fails he could hold seminars on how NOT to increase your web presence!
Deborah, I would not sign up with this company. Unless Lee can provide proof of MLS printout listing//sold of properites given. We just need to protect each other and not to say Lee is not trustworthy but sometimes the pictures are fake on this site.

I joined and after reading the negative comments here, I emailed them about it, they said that I can get a refund if it doesn't work out ? We'll see.......So I can't vouch one way or the other yet,but I will pass it on if it does ......good or bad. Love the blog. Thank you.

Hi Judith,
have you received any business from this company yet?
I also signed up with this company also to experience "no call" from their reps. Have left several messages & emails with no response. Anyone have another rep that I can speak to? Just wondering whether to hold on longer or contact my credit card company. Thanks
HI Deborah,
I signed up with them in the past 6months I did get a lot of Bpo's and a total of 4 listings took about 3months before I started getting work, but it was worth the investment
