I am in need of MORE short sale listings!!!

I am doing a ton of short sales here in Chicago. But the listings are coming from other agents and referrals from sellers. I want to get more listings. I have put together a great team (atty/title etc). I am turning them rather quickly. How can I get leads from lenders directly or from other sources? Once you get a system in place they are not bad at all! Any leads or ideas would be great! THANKS ALL

    We have MANY members from ReoPro, I know Jesse gets stuff from us regularly.  Best bet is to contact our membership director, Mary Kilcullen at mary.kilcullen@theshortsaleguide.com or call (877)737-4903.  Despite LA being closed off right now, we will likely be opening up the ENTIRE country in a few weeks for new preferred partner members, in addition to improving our training course and also giving it away for free to preferred partner members.

    We have worked independently of direct lender assignments so far, and have established a steady stream of referrals/assignments on our own.  We are very excited that we now have a couple partnerships with major servicers in the works that we will be announcing in the next few weeks.  In other words, our volume is and will continue to increase VERY rapidly, and we are expecting rapid growth in the next few months!  If you aren't on www.TheShortSaleGuide.com, that is also a good place to get started with us!  Even if you area is currently closed off, it will NOT always be like that!  We also have "official membership" that serves as a waiting list as well.  Good idea to get on there.  Over 80% of our official members are asked to upgrade to preferred partner membership within six months, as our volume increases and/or poorly performing agents are put on our "do not use" list.

    Check us out for short sale assignments - www.TheShortSaleGuide.com.  Many of our friends here on ReoPro are members and get quiet a bit from us.  I have a good system in place for local stuff as well, and keep around 100 short sale listings effortlessly (in other words, I literally do nothing for my local work!)

      I am in Los Angeles county , but this is a large area. If it says its closed that means that all the cities in LA County are taken?

      Also Can you tell me how much is each membership?

        There isn't a fee to join, but it is a fee for the Preferred Member Network. Trust me, it's worth it! I've been a "freebie" member for quite some time and I can attest to the viability of the network as far as agent education and increased profitability. The increase in your business through guaranteed referrals AND additional education will more than pay for the membership fee over and over again! In fact, I'm joining the Preferred Member Network this week:) Trust me, you won't regret it at all!
