I am just wondering how many of you have GL insurance besides E&O? I notice some Asset companies require you to have GL besides E&O in order to be their approved vendor.
Do all of you have the GL insurance? Please share what you think? thank you!

I have just purchased general liability in order to be compliant with a new AMC I am trying to get on board with.
I carry both, GL policy is around $975/year for 1,000,000 /3,000,000 coverage.
Always have had GL as I was concerned for other agents, buyers, contractors, etc if injured on a property--could be considered as a property manager if there was a lawsuit.
