Anyone can give me a tip about FV REO I LLC ???
Where are they? Who are they? any phone contact?

Do they use an asset management Co???

I will greatly appreciate !!!

Hi Alain,

FV REO 1 LLC is the LLC that Residential Credit Solutions uses to purchase REO's. There are multiple asset management companies that they use after that. But that would be a starting point of contact in calling RCS.

If you need a number I can gladly provide for you.

Thank you Linda for your answer and search. I came with the same conclusion. The fact is there is a property in my area which they own and was listed with an agent from another County and did not do anything to sell it.
So I have no clue who to deal with ?
I appreciate anyway.

Hi Alain - I have no first hand knowledge of this company, but a Google search yeilded the following. Looks like they might be an investment company out of LA, but buying in Mass. and
"According to town records, the current owner of 375 Ocean Rd. is FV REO I LLC, which has an address in Los Angeles. FV REO took over ownership on May 24, and the transfer price was recorded as $850,000."
