My office has several completed BPOs for Evaluation Solutions that have gone more than 90 days unpaid. Is anyone else experiencing this kind of delay from Evaluation Solutions? I can never get someone on the phone and have sent several emails with no responses.

I have experienced the same. I actually stopped doing services once their balance got to $350! But, I got an email a few weeks ago, that they went bankrupt....I'm very upset.
I received this email on Dec 20th. No reason why though.

I wonder too if any of us will get paid. I think,that they had a lot of nerve calling us on Monday to do bpo's when they knew that they were closing at end of the week
They do not pay and now they are out of business. Go to www.stmlaw.net/contactus.html and tell them you want payment immediately or you are going to the attorney general and then file a complaint with the FL Attorney General.
Received the following email this morning from Stutsman Thames & Markey:
"Our firm has been retained to file a Chapter 7 bankruptcy proceeding for the company. Evaluation Solutions lost its major cleint earlier this week and was forced to shut down operations. The fact that you are receiving this email means that you are in the system and we are aware of your claim. Once the Chapter 7 case is filed, you will receive a notice and instructions on what to do. A Trustee will be appointed t handle the claims administration process. The company is not able to make paymetns on any outstanding invoices at this point. This is a very large case. It will take our firm a week or two to get the necessary paperwork together. You should be receiving notice of the bankruptcy by mid to late January. Thank you for your patience. Brad Markey."
Really don't know if any of us will receive our money. Time will tell.
Got an email today stating that their operations have ceased. Bradley R. Markey is handling the matter. His email is brm@stmlaw.net. Hopefully you can get the money that is owed to you. Good Luck
