Ebrokerhouse vs Maestro and Taza

I am currently using Ebrokerhouse and I am considering upgrading my to Maestro or Taza....what are you to successfully manage a reo portfolio of  200-300 assets at a time. I have a large team but and I don't feel that Ebrokerhouse is robust enough.   Please let me know your thoughts on the most robust REO software. Thanks

  • Hi Christine,

I am with TAZA and love it. They are leagues ahead of everyone and the digital mobile inspections and photos for the iPhone and Droid ROCK! My field team is so happy with it and they are updating the apps with new features several times a month. I also like how robust the system is. I do my short sales, reos, and traditional listings all on TAZA.  The short sale tools are fantastic also.  There are a lot of companies out there and I have looked at the newer ones that continue to pop up. Just to make sure I'm still with the best technology... Seems like everyone is trying to keep up or copy TAZA.... I know that they also have some very competitive new pricing plans for new clients too.

  • I would very much like to introduce you to REO Oasis. Our software allows you to manage an unlimited amount of properties, file/documents, costs, HOA information, Utilities and much more. Oasis also includes an online offer system, as well as an Action Plan system that allows your to create task templates with email alert automation. We have clients that have as many as 2500 properties within thier applciation and the cost is always $49.99 per month (no additional fee for property quantity). I would be happy to discuss REO Oasis with you, or give you an online demo of our application. You can visit us at www.reooasis.com as well. Thanks
