I have several banks ready to sell Non Performing Notes (NPN). If you or any of your investors are interested in buying NPN's, I can teach you 5 different exit strategies to get out and move on with a profit. If you have an investor, you will be taken care of as well. Anyone can become a bank for approx 50-60% of property value! In many markets, it is becoming much more difficult to get fixers, eliminate your competition to getting these properties!

I am glad that you have posted this. To piggy back off of Jesse, I have an abundant amount of investors as well as a very nice source. Far too many times there are a daisy chain associated with this aspect, are you direct with the banks? Please advise as I would like to obtain some more information from you. Thank you.
