I have several banks ready to sell Non Performing Notes (NPN). If you or any of your investors are interested in buying NPN's, I can teach you 5 different exit strategies to get out and move on with a profit. If you have an investor, you will be taken care of as well. Anyone can become a bank for approx 50-60% of property value! In many markets, it is becoming much more difficult to get fixers, eliminate your competition to getting these properties!

Greg,
I am glad that you have posted this. To piggy back off of Jesse, I have an abundant amount of investors as well as a very nice source. Far too many times there are a daisy chain associated with this aspect, are you direct with the banks? Please advise as I would like to obtain some more information from you. Thank you.

Greg, We have an interest here in Southwest Florida. Send me some info. Thanks, LeeFrank@comcast.net
Hi Greg. I have not received the information yet and was wondering when you would be sending it.
As Jesse says, this is of interest to my investors also, but I have not had the knowledge to help advise them. I would also be interested in a link or website if you have that available.
Thanks!
Hi Greg,
Well, like the others below, I and my Investors are wanting to do NPN's but, I never had a reliable source or a knowledgable enough partner to advise me on how it all works. Do you have a website or can you send me a link?
Thanks.
Hi Greg,
Email me the information as well. Several investors in area and other states.
