BPO Tips & Tricks

Anyone have a neat gadget, time saver or great tips to share? My contribution:

1. Using two monitors: One for tax data or MLS, the second one for the input form. No need to print anything or write down notes. Input is a breeze.

2. If your proximity calculation is off on the form or if you have to calculate proximity yourself, this site lets you input subject address and up to 9 comps to calculate proximity and also gives you a map.

3. Date to Date Calculator - some mills calculate DOM, other don't. This site lets you calculate the duration between two dates.
