BPO Automation software

Is anyone using software that will either auto-accept the BPO order or help pull comps or fill in the forms? I am not currently using anything. I spend a lot of time (and I mean a LOT) doing it manually. One vendor I use has very slow uploading for photos and that alone takes over one hour!
Often times I am at my two computers to hit the accept button the second the order comes out and I still miss getting it. I have heard some vendors do not allow the use of auto-acceptance software &  they terminate agents who use it. I plan to call my favorite vendor to ask if they have any rules or regs about it.
In the meantime, what is your personal experience or knowledge about it? I know a new version is being marketed by one company, and some agents, who has given testimonials, love it. (don't all agents giving testimonials?) It is expensive, but if it helps and is allowed, I'm tempted.

  • Hey,

We are a team of people having experience in manually accepting new BPO orders for most of BPO companies. We are very prompt in accepting orders when they are posted and can accept orders on your behalf for companies like RRReview, Atisource (Ocwen), Clear capital, OLD Republic, Equi-trax, SAM, Proteck, Corelogic, Emortgagelogic, BPO Fulfillment (Mainstreet Val.), Inside Valuations, GoodmanDean, Woodfinn etc.. and other companies.

We have one year experience and very high success rate in accepting new orders. There is no automated software used, We constantly monitor your email for new order and immediately accept new order when it is available, we do it manually and it is legitimate. We can provide you free service for a day or two if you are interested and accept some orders for you.

You would pay for accepted orders only, no additional costs. If order is canceled later you don't need to pay for it.

You can leave all your worries on us for accepting orders, please shoot me an email bpoorderaccept@gmail.com

Looking forward to hearing from you.
    Thank you.

  • I also forgot to mention, I use www.bpohunter.com for the 4 companys they offer. Their auto acceptor works great and catches about 90% of the offers. I only wish they would add more companys.
    • Hi Amber, so bpohunter has verified with the 4 companies that they allow auto acceptor, I'm assuming? Because I am finding that most of the companies I am working for are not allowing agents to use auto acceptors. Let me know. Thanks!
      • I am not sure if they have verified with the companies or not. I don't keep bpohunter constantly checking my accounts, I turn it off from time to time due to my schedule. I have been using it for 6 months with out any problems.
      • Hi Jerri. I called one of my favorite vendors today, PCV Murcor, and they know some of their agents are using auto-accepters and they allow it (for now). They also know it gives an unfair advantage, as weell as the quality may deteriorate when one agent has many assignments to complete at once. I was really surprised. I use Macs for my BPO work and I haven't found any BPO auto-acceptors or auto-fill software that works on Macs. Do you know of anything? It is so laborious to input manually; I'd love to find a better way.
PS-One automation company I checked out today had a disclaimer that many vendors don't allow its use; therefore, I wouldn't assume that vendors who are "scripted" for that software do, in fact, allow it. I saw Pro-Teck on the list of many companies who can accommodate their forms and they do not allow it, from what you said above. Thanks for all your participation in this topic.
  • I use BPO-Automations software and it has been very helpful. It was king of difficult to get it set up, the company is small and is going through some growing pains. After I finally got it installed it seems to work fairly well. It is no the perfect solution but definetely helps. There are certain companys that it works for much better than others. Let me know what company's you do business with and I will let you know how helpful it is. I also purchased their auto acceptor software. So far it hasn't been paying off for me. Maybe I am signed up with the wrong company's but their auto acceptor still needs some improvement.
  • Jerri,
One will not receive enough work unless you are golden accept--still Protek only puts in your cue for ~30 mins. That does not include transmission time etc. To receive this prestigious 30 min status, you need to do l~10 or more BPOs better than 85% accurately. I am now on their golden accept with a 99.73%(accurate) & 100%(on time). Like everyone else I get nicked when they hire a a new employee from qa. I learned not to argue with them.

How to get caught & dismissed? If you refresh perpetually 24/7 from the same ip address they can catch you. It actually constipates the server processing. My manager advised me not to use it or he will lose me. I get autoaccept and out of the area work also if I want to. People even call me urging to take surplus work from another county because I deliver quickly and accurately.

I suggest you log on their website everyday. Refresh NEW feature often you should see a difference.
Also you eMail exchange, Lotus notes etc need to look for new eMail as often as practical.

The AUTOFILL may not work for 2010 as Protk changed a lot of features. The QA wants adjustment and neighborhood well defined by street names... I don't see how old Autofill will help..
    • Hi Sam, thanks for your explanation. I get my email to my blackberry even before it hits my inbox, and I can accept right from my phone. I will sign on to their site. I will just keep trying to catch one!
  • I'm on auto-assign for most of my orders. However, I do know of one reasonably priced product that you can purchase for auto acceptance and auto-find. The software costs around $45 per BPO company.
    • I'm guessing that auto-assign is different from auto accept, right? What is the name of this software?
