  • My BPO orders are picking up....hope that means properties will start moving!
  • Staying busy in Florida with BPOs and Titanium. This week I am down 5 BPOs from last week. First down week I can recall in a long time for BPOs. See what next week brings for activity.
  • One big player reduced the fee and asked a lot of more than previously. I got nicked for not completely define the neighborhood boundary. Actually they meant zip code and did not make $ adjustment. For condos I will just not make adjustments unless there
    is a good reason for. My my score dropped from 99.45% to 97.8% in marginal review. I have done 80 so far.

    Things are slow. Today Old Republic gave me one where I don't have to drive 30 miles away. I still think I will hear from them as the price selling is way too high. OTRC loves me to adjust price. I guess the other choice is reject the offer.
  • I have been very slow too. January was an average month, but Feb has been really slow. Only two orders this week so far.

    • There are 2 types.
      One is highly hyped. I question it can keep up with all changes I see coming this year.
      It will autoaccept and autofill. The cost is around $1K . I will go in with another agent or two to split the cost for a multi-license. It will transpose MLS data to the right spaces for you.

      Another one is auto-accept only but they keep 20% what you receive for a few BPO mills.

      All that is legal, but companies try to discourage people using it. If you are out there accept continuously all available orders from same ip address they know. They warn you not to do it but MM users use it to receive orders.
  • Can anyone out there tell me how to get on the prefered agents list on Market to Market, its so rediculous that they send out hundreds of orders and you cant get them . I know there is some way some how to get on there prefered agents list. Please help any advise on this . Thank You C
    • volume of business you do and score.... Due diligence...It is a BPO mill.

      I only know 1 broker is on the preferred list. He has been doing for MM for 5 years. It helps to pay for his office rental and comps are pulled together by assistants. He hires someone for the photos.

      I do accept one or two if several are blasting in my area. Most are accepted by unique software accepts anything coming your way it refreshes constantly... MM is trying to make it harder. But blast will not go away. Hope that helps.
  • First American steady. Protech put 6 in my golden invite basket today. Had a call to go to Santa Cruz Mountains in the middle of flooding. Declined,
    Old Republic about 1 or 2 a day way too far. Pay is low.
    Mainstreet blasted a few, Mark to market had a few could not accept them fast enough, even Evaluonline
    called and eMailed last Sunday wanting 2 done in 4 hours. I politely declined them. Infinity had one out of the area...

    I go extra step and now and then people will call me asking my opinion about certain areas. When you try to be perfect, they give you more work. But I don't think I got a listing yet. I am in Northern CA.
