I was curious to see if anyone here in the group had experience with Asset Management Servicing, LLC, which operates www.ams4reo.com? I received an email from them today to register for BPO & REO assignments, which includes a $200 fee. My name is Guy Meyitang. I am a realtor working with Exitrealtyplus in Massachusetts. I am currently an active agent for PAS. I have just signed up with your company AMS and paid the $200 one time registration fees, which is nothing compared to what other companies are charging. I would like to know if AMS will have some business in Massachusetts. And how soon it will be. I am a certified foreclosure agent from foreclosure.com and Default schools. I have signed up for so many companies who are charging a lot of money, but have not seen any result yet.

I called and spoke to an AM who was going to forward my information to the FL AM. He didn't know what "in review" meant. I would like to touch base with someone to find out if they are in need of any other documentation from me to change my status to "approved" .

I would agree to check with local realtors in your area who might have signed up and see if they have received any business from them. Sometimes they might have just a limited number of assignment in your area and might try to share with the agents who were in their pipeline first.

Matthew, thank you for vouching for this company to the 1,350 top REO agents here on this site. Your credibility means a lot to us.
As you know, there are lot of companies who all want to charge $$$ to sign up Realtors, but very few of them have legit REO listings, or some have listings in limited areas. Therefore it is important for us to do our due diligence by investigating the company, or we easily could be shelling out thousands of dollars with no return.
