I am working with a group of investors.  They have cash.  They will close quickly.  Please reach out to me if you or someone you know can provide me with a portfolio at a maximum of $200,000,000 (Minimum: $50,000,000).  Types of properties can vary from commercial to residential.  Proof of funds can be provided if necessary.  Investor wants to start off in the Chicagoland area and surrounding suburbs.  Naturally, the investor will expect a discounted rate for buying a such a large number of properties.  Investor will be a source of continuous business if we can make a deal.

  • Fannie Mae does bulk sales, but have no idea the details.  I just know being a Fannie Mae listing agent, that after a certain amount of time trying to retail an asset they will pull the listing and add it to a bulk sale.  But again, do not know how to obtain the info.  Good Luck!

    • Thank you for the response. Do you have an asset manager that you could ask for more information?
      • The pool sales that Fannie Mae has headlined for is for bulk NPL's. Larger entities such as Goldman Sachs and multiple subsidiaries of Goldman Sachs bid on these so it will be difficult to compete if you or your group does not have extensive knowledge on NPL's and a team to conduct due diligence. You can find further information on their website as it is all announced to the public.

Not sure if you have ever worked with bulk sales, but it is difficult to customize your package (ie: select the areas in which properties are located). Freddie discontinued their investor bulk sale program back in Oct 2015.
