I am seeing more BPO request along with CMA's from some of the banks. Any one else think this is an indication this years could see a lot more foreclosures coming to market?

I talked to some attorneys today that work with Hedge Fund groups. I can probably say that the Atlanta area will not be seeing any new REO inventory for the next 2 years. These hudge fund groups are buying them up at the foreclosure auction and the properties are not going back to the bank. What few that do are being sold in bulk direct to these investment groups.

Seeing more REO in Florida lately, definitely more BPO and CMA corders.
