Altisource is the new name for Ocwen. Altisource assigns BPO's and CMA's to its Vendors. As I understand, at this time Altisource only provides the valuation opportunities, as they have an exclusive group/Broker/department who lists all their properties. They are fairly consistant in assigning the valuation work, but the REO's have gone away.
