A tale of a MLS

I love the smaller MLS’s there are great for experiments and this one had for me a true eye opener.

I contacted every Licensed Real Estate Professional in this specific MLS. They are smaller with, as I started, about 153 Broker/Salesperson members.

Anytime I am contacting agents over email I am prepared for bounce backs of the SPAM kind but what I got this time floored me even more.

I had a 10% bounce back not due to SPAM, the bounce back was due to full or over quota email boxes. NOT even one came back as SPAM blocked or no longer available….

I am now wondering if anyone in this county is reading emails and if any work will get done……

Well for me as soon a mailbox is full and you can not receive emails, I will no longer keep this info…..who knows what else these agents are missing ???

I know everyone likes to communicate in a different manner, but it's so important to keep on top of the e-mail. Especially now that the banks are using it so effectively. Have you ever called an agent's cell phone and their mailbox is full? Frustrating when you can't even leave a message.
