I was contacrted by both today to do BPO's and told me they would add me to their Listing agent side also. However the first one is has a out of the country address and the 2nd one is in New Port Beach CA and I checked with another company I work with there and they didn't know them. Any info you can give me would be great. Thanks.

  • Justine,

Thank you for your response. I think I will be moving forward with them. Have a great 2012! Take care.

  • I've worked with MD Webb on the BPO and list side in the past.  Both experiences were positive.

    • Thanks for your response Crystal. Best of luck in 2012.

  • I havenot worked with MD Webb, but I have worked with ISGN, formerly known as Fiserv, for serveral years.  I did some work on the BPO side and when I asked if they assign listings, the answer was no.  Until the begining of this year, they were Fiserv and paid $50 per exterior and $70 per interior BPO.  When they switch to ISGN, they were sending me a bunch of orders in the amount of $15 and $25 per order for some kind of valuation, but needed the subject's photos.  Now I'll gladly do desktop BPO for $15-$25, but to have to drive to the property does not make it worth my time and the risks I have to take.  Tthey some times send out $50 exterior but I rarely except it now because their form, even though does not ask for too many informations, but just have bad programming and I had to redo some of the orders a couple times and that gets frustrating because now I am doing 1.5 BPO for the price of one and having to refill everything after you virtually completed it can get very annoying.  So I am planning to just stop taking orders from them completely from now on to save me the headaches.

    • Trong, Thanks for your response. They negotiated the price on the one they have asked me to do because of the drive time. Good luck in 2012. Thanks.
