Foreclosure Moratorium, Robo-Signer Fiasco Should Be Resolved Soon.
The White House, yielding to common sense, opposes a national moratorium on foreclosure sales on the grounds that it would harm the housing market.

    That is good news. Now if our Attorney General here in Florida will have the same common sense. If so, we can take a breath and hopefully the banks can do the right thing (stop initiating new foreclosures for a month or two and focus on "pending" foreclosures)........... and stop holding up closings on homes that have already been foreclosed on as that helps nobody.

    Sorry, but this mess is far from being resolved. It's a much larger issue then any of us can imagine. This may take months if not years to correct.
