      • Anymore info on Treo.  I received an email to do 2 verbal valuations, which I did.  They are suppose to be part of a bulk sale and if purchased I will receive the listings.  (I'm not holding my breath).  They are both owned by BofA.  One is assigned to an REO agent as a prelist.   Anybody got any clarification to this?

  • I received 6 listings from them last year. They found me on res.net. The properties were part of a bulk sale, all were in poor condition, were in the “hood” and were valued at $35,000 or less. They wanted three bids on each to bring them up to rentable condition which I obtained for them. The new owner listed the poorest two with me which I sold making a whopping $800.00 each less my time and expenses. They wanted me to rehab the other four, the cost of which ran from $7,000 to $13,000 each and they wanted me to front the construction costs. I couldn’t see any upside to this proposition so I politely declined.
    I did pay the $499.00 to be listed on their new website. So far, I have received email notifications for 11 bpo’s, which they shot-gun, out and no new listings. The system they use for the bpo’s is Taza. By time I got logged into Taza, the assignments were already taken by someone else. Yesterday, I received 3 orders. I was on my computer at the time so I quickly logged into Taza and all three were already accepted so I’m not sure how to actually get any of these assignments. I emailed them about it and received no response. So far, this account has been a loser for me.
    • Thank you Gray! I just got a BPO from them today. I have been hearing a lot about this company so we shall see...
      • how much do they pay for BPO's?
  • I received 6 listings from TREO this month, but I didn't have to pay or sign up, they contacted me, ask me to do free bpos and a few weeks later they told me that the listings were mine.
