This company used to pay within 30 days, but they have seemed to run into problems. Have not been paid for jobs completed over 6 months ago. Latest response eceived 10/17/2011 from the company is below. Anyone else having the same issues with this company? Makes it kinda hard for me to want to complete any more jobs for them at this time. PLMK. Thx.

Dear Brian,

I sincerely apologize for this delay but I cannot give you a date at this time.Agent payments continue to be our number one priority. To be as fair as possible we are making the most overdue payments first and moving forward. I offer my sincere appreciation for your all your hard work and understanding.

 Sincerely,

Nancy Parker

  • FYI - here is a reply from them when I asked about my $ this week:

    Dear Ed,

I wanted to a send you a note myself to address the specific difficulties that Summit Valuations is working through and what our plan is to address these issues.

There are two main drivers of this short-term cash flow situation.  As you know the credit market dried up and credit lines were shut down, including ours. This combined with the fact that the largest BPO bulk order we have ever done has now gone unpaid by our client for over 6 months.

We have taken aggressive steps to reduce our expenses including setting aside development projects, reducing payroll, and of course trying to collect the money owed to us.  We are also actively looking to reestablish a credit line.

Agent payments continue to be our number one priority. To be as fair as possible we are making the most overdue payments first and moving forward.

Our board, myself, and our staff offer sincere appreciation for your all your hard work and understanding.

     Sincerely,

     Jim Clark

  • Dejavu Brian – they “upgraded” me also for which I agree, means pretty much nothing considering they never did upgrade me according to the Dispo Site.

This is what I got back on Sep 7:

    “Dear Ed,

Typically our pay schedule runs 45-60 days after the month in which the report was completed.

I can see that you are owed for 4 BPO reports completed in July. Unfortunately, we have had circumstances that have our regular payment plan behind schedule.  We are doing our very best to get the rest out ASAP.

Agent payments continue to be our number one priority. To be as fair as possible we are making the most overdue payments first and moving forward.

Due to the strong relationship we have with our technology provider and to express our sincere appreciation for your understanding and hard work, your subscription level to DispoSolutions will be upgraded this week

I am so sorry for the delay and truly appreciate your patience. Thank you for your understanding and working with us.

    Sincerely,

    Nancy Parker

I did receive BPO work from “National Valuation Services” through Dispo and got paid quickly and last month  I did one for REOAmerica through Dispo, still waiting for payment but it is less than a month so far. – will keep my fingers crossed

  • Thx for your input Ed. Used to receive work from dispo until they were absorbed by summit. have you received any jobs from dispo in the last 6 months?      Summit upgraded me to their premium version for free, " whatever that is", for I have received nothing from it!

  • Follow up to my last comment - I have received work from other companies using DispoSolutions and have had no problems getting paid so it is obviously not Dispos issue.
  • I wrote on them before also, they owe me and I get no reasonable reply. I just the other day got a commerical BPO request from Summit  (for $100) and took a pass because I knew I wouldn't see the money anytime soon (if at all).
