I have been searching high and low in the internet with little success of how to obtain these listings. Is there anyone out there who is getting assigned REO listings and is willing to share HOW you can get in a pipeline to start getting assigned REO listings..Specifically how and who do you need to talk to or sign up with??? I actually work with a company called www.reoeducation.com. They provide the client list for BPO and REO companies. They also provide training on how to acquire and service the REO listings from banks. They even have a 7 day free trial and don't request any purchase or any credit card information if you want to try it out for free. I used the program and received about 40 REO listings after following the program consistently for about 6-8 months. I am also able to complete about 25 BPOs per week. Hope that helps. I'm in Illinois. I have attached a PDF of some of my most recent sales to give you an idea of the pricing in the areas that I am in (from 2013 to 2016). My name and contact info are at the bottom of each listing. Some of them are auction too. I mostly deal with Bank of America and Chase.
