<div><p>Got several emails today that are interesting.<br /><br />New BPO assignments from from unknown company Clarocity Valuation Services.<br /><br />Much later today one realtor got an announcement that "Valued Veterans" is now Clarocity Valuation Services. Valued Veterans has never sent out any BPO assignments. Valued Veterans which is a service allegedly for realtors to work with Veterans to get them cheap or reduced rate homes. Realtors had to pay to be considered available - no one has paid to be to join.<br /><br />Clarocity Valuation Services is Valuation Vision. They have 2 different websites and login links but clicking on Clarocity Valuation Services logo will take you to Valuation Vision's website ....<br /><br /><a href="https://www.valuationvision.com/">https://www.valuationvision.com/</a> OR <a href="https://www.cvsorders.com/common/login.php">https://www.cvsorders.com/common/login.php</a> (on assignments)</p><p>Also this was published and missed (by me ) Clarocity Corporation Announces Reorganization of Valuation Services Division : May 5, 201 <a href="http://www.marketwatch.com/story/clarocity-corporation-announces-reorganization-of-valuation-services-division-2017-05-05">http://www.marketwatch.com/story/clarocity-corporation-announces-reorganization-of-valuation-services-division-2017-05-05</a></p><p>ValVis keeps flopping their "corporate" office between California and Calagry Canada. Clarocity Valuation Services lists BOTH addresses:<br /><br />U.S. Headquarters 3115 Melrose Avenue, Suite 130 Carlsbad, CA 92010<br />Canadian Offices P.O. Box 5638, Station "A" Calgary, AB T2H 1Y1 <br /><br />ValVis is also sending out assignments at the same time and have "reduced" their fees even more. If you call them for a fee increase they very willingly increase the fee - getting paid however is another story. They also provide for "blended reports" using pics from one realtor desktop reports from another etc, etc, etc. Very, very suspect but that is one excuse why they offer very low fees to complete. (other companies have done this in the past and have burned realtors badly in various ways) They also have limited information about any assignment and OFTEN include multi-units as SFD for the same low fees. Borrower/owner info and property/tax ID is often not available and not provided. Interiors you have to re-contact them to obtain any POC information and often they don't readily have it either but they will claim your report is "late" and pay back at the original fee and (possibly) not pay at all. <br /><br />When insisting on getting paid for significantly overdue payments and listening to all the excuses as to why payment had not gone out.... payment was received in full but accounts were terminated.... Still have realtors who keep their accounts but DO NO WORK FOR VAL VIS<br /><br />Clarocity Valuation Services is sending out assignments at much higher fees <strong>but have yet to see an actual assignment be in the queue</strong> when you log in. Since Clarocity Valuation Services has never been registered by us it is pretty "strange" ValVis login "works" and they have all necessary documents. Also there is no phone # or address like most legit long-term BPO companies include in solicitations. <br /><br />Seems too much like how Broker Price Opinion/FirstVal (and can't remember the 3rd name they were using) operates.</p><p></p><p>I say "HANDLE WITH CARE"!!</p></div>

<div><p>Hello Everyone,</p><p></p><p>Has anyone been approached by STAR FEDERAL? They sold me a song and a dance and I was dumb enough to fall for it. Learn from my mistake. </p><p>This company known as STAR FEDERAL contacted me back in February and told me their business model was to advertise landing pages on the internet in your specific area that would attract sellers to contact them and in turn would then qualify the sellers and set up a listing appointment with the designated agent (you) for that area for the low price of just $499/year. They told me they had over 300 customer service agents in several call centers to field the calls, it would take 60-120 days for the online marketing to take hold, please be patient and you will see results. </p><p>Well, I'm not one to throw my money around and always distrust and verify so I did my due diligence and googled them, didn't find anything negative, requested to see their landing pages, they checked out, called the phone number on the site and verified it was legitimate. After I paid I even made sure I called back several times over the 90 days and was always able to speak to a customer service rep named Christopher and so I was satisfied with the investment. </p><p>However, in July I started to get suspicious when no one would return my call, I even faked a few seller calls and no one ever returned my phone calls to set the appointments and then I just kept calling for several months always getting the answering service with no return call. I was always polite until this last month when I finally had it. I told them I was going to the attorney general, etc... So today I was seriously going to call the attorney general of CA but before I did I thought I'd make one last call and low and behold a guy by the name of Robert answered. Told me they were sorry they never returned the calls, understood my frustration, they had been getting my messages, he's been working without pay for several months and they have had many agents threaten them with law suits, attorney action, etc... their call center contracts over seas were cut off and they are out of money.But they are back up and running now and intend to make this right.</p><p>BS! So, before I hung up, I Asked again politely but firm for my money back and he said sorr, No refunds, we don't have the money to give you anyway but we are going to make this right. I said, how if you don't have the money? He said they have new investors involved that have got the call centers back up, put money into the SEO but will not issue any refunds becuase they want all the money going into getting the company back up and running and providing the results to the agents that they were promised.</p><p>So, needless to say, they have a one year contract, no refund policy, don't have the money even if you persued it and anyone who has paid in is SOL according to my experience. </p><p>STAY AWAY!</p></div>

I guess they caught me in a weak moment, because I agreed to their offer to sign me up (for $300) and then do a BPO (for $65) because they guarantee they only do FIRST OPINION BPOs and that they give the listing back to the agent when they get it. They also claim they are NOT in the BPO biz, but the REO disposition biz.</span></p><p><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;" class="font-size-3">So, I tried them. I have not heard back on anything, neither to get paid nor to even acknowledge the BPO was accepted or approved ot anything.</span></p><p> </p><p><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;" class="font-size-3">Who can add any input on these folks at Footprints RE?</span></p></div>

Unexpectedly, we are still running behind at this time. We are currently in the process of recovering from some negative effects suffered with the downturn in the economy and truly appreciate your patience at this time. We are recovering but it will take some time to accomplish this goal. We are in the process of signing on several new clients which will greatly improve our turn time as well as benefit those agents whom have stuck with us. We hope you bear with us during this transition as we truly value your work; you will not be forgotten and you will be paid for all work performed."</p><p>Thank you for doing the BPO orders in a timely fashion, we've delivered to our clients, but we're not going to do the same for you.</p><p>So...We have to carry the cost of their poor business practices.</p><p>And this: "Regrettably, we have fallen behind in our scheduled payments and have not yet been able to send these out. We are asking that you please bear with us a little longer as we are waiting on some receipts to come in so that we may send these out. We know it’s been a long time already and hope that you accept our apologies and rest assured that your orders are indeed scheduled and will be sent as soon as possible."</p><p>I'm sure you're saying "WHY did you keep doing work for them?"</p><p>Well, the answer is 2 fold.</p><p>First, their immediate support staff was gracious, fun, and considerate. Always a pleasure speaking with their operators.</p><p>And second, it was relatively simple assingnments--no one shooting at us, no real long reports.</p><p>But, unfortunately, we now have to go the legal route because they don't return calls and they apparently have NO intent on paying.</p><p>Again, BPO On Line, a 1st Valuation Company-will NOT pay you for your work. They'll benefit from your timely diligence in delivering the report to their clients, but then they'll give you the complete runaround as to why they can't pay.</p><p>So our advice? STAY AWAY!!</p><p>We are now asking KW International to step in, since they want to protect their agents and keep anymore of them from falling victim to these guys. And, we have contacted the State of Virginia as well as our MLS Board.</p><p>This is just WRONG! They should not be soliciting anymore business from clients 'til they get paid.<br /> Apparently, we've been (thankfully) blackballed and taken off their list--they don't call anymore! But they've been recruiting and soliciting heavily in our area because other agents have responded that they've gotten calls and even done orders.</p><p>We tell them to STOP and demand payment before doing anything more. Then, see what happens! And then decide.</p><p>We hope you'll heed our warning and stay away from doing ANY business with this company!!</p></div>

But, they recently changed their system..They use to directly assign you the bpo which was great.Now, they have gone to the blast system...they send the email blast to all the agents in that zip code first come first to get it...Not sure how well that will work for me .....we shall see...</div>
