I'm in Florida and been receiving tons of inspections request from Clear Capital in the last few days. Has anyone done inspections for them? Do they pay? I'd don't want to get rip off from companies that don't pay. TIA.

Great Company,No problem with payments
Clear Capital is the only company I'll do a BPO for $50. They with ACH transfer on the 1st and the 15th of each month. The reports are easy to d. The other companies I work for I charge a minimum of $100 and they pay 30 days later.

Clear Capital is very good. Reports are generally easy, quality control isn't over the top, and they pay like clockwork.
