Any special requirements for REO agents in Florida?

I was asked a good question yesterday, about if there are any special requirements or duties for Florida REO agents. I assumed pools and flood insurance would probably be 2 topics and disclosure issues in the area. Anyone else have advice on Florida REO agent duties when it comes to disclosures etc?
